Step 1

Hummus recipe A) Make tahini by grinding sesame seeds with olive oil B) mix a spoon of tahini with chickpea , garlic , olive oil , salt in a mixer and grind to form a paste C) hummus is ready . May choose to garnish with paprika and oil . Fish recipe A) rub a mix of olive oil , dalle sauce , salt , ginger garlic paste on fish fillet. Leave for hour B) grill it on low flame for - min Ina.
