How to make Energy bites(15 piece)

Step-1

1. Take roasted peanuts in a grinding jar ,grind peanuts into smooth paste to form peanut butter ,add pinch of salt to the peanut butter and grind it again. 2. Take seedless dates in jar and grind them to make a paste 3. Now take a pan roast almonds,cashews together n coarsely grind them, 4. Roast oats,flaxseed powder and sesame seeds 5. Mix all the above ingridients and add the raisins and again mix it so that everything is combined well. 6. Take a new vessel like thali or a mould,then place aluminum foil and transfer all the mixture in it and evenly distribute everywhere and settle it by pressing with your hand 7. Keep it in refrigerator for 1 hour 8. Then take out from refrigerator and cut into pieces.
