150 ml milk 100gm apple 3 piece almonds for garnishing A pinch of cardmum powder

Step-1
1. Take a mixer grinder or chopper
2. Put all ingredients except almond and grind it until smooth
3. Garnish with some almonds
4. Ready to drink.. Tummy full breakfast on fasting day
