Ingredients for Eggs n Corn
- › 3 eggs
- › Onion
- › 1 tbsp oil or ghee
- › Spices
1. Boil eggs simply in water.
2. For egg bhurji - Add oil in a pan, then add onions, stir fry the onions till golden brown. Add eggs and spices to it. Mix it well.
3. For roasted corns- Take a corn and roast it on the gas stove directly, or you can also boil the corns.
