Tired of eating eggs?
1. Steam whole eggs for 10-15 mins on medium flame
2. Sprinkle some chilly powder N salt(I used homemade gun/idly powder along with chilly powder)
3. Roast with some ghee
4. Garnish with cilantro or parsley
