Ingredients for Eggless Protein Pancakes
- › • 35 gm Wheat Flour • 20 gm Oats • 1 Scoop Protein • 11 gm Ghee • Stevia as per taste • 2 - 4 drops Vanilla essence • 1/4th tsp Baking Soda • 200 ml Water
1. • In a large bowl, add wheat flour + oats + protein powder + baking soda. • Mix well. • Add little water. Stir well. • Add some more water while stirring to get a pouring consistency. • Add stevia + 4 drops of Vanilla essence. • Heat ghee on a pan. • Make round shaped pancakes and roast them till golden brown.
