Ingredients for eggizza (egg base pizza)
- › For the base 4 whole eggs 4 egg whites 3 tsp isabgol Salt, chilli powder/flakes, oregano Toppings 1/2 onion 1/4 tomato 1/2 capsicum 1 mushroom 100g paneer 70g cheese Pizza sauce- prepared in a batch at home

Method
1. Adjust as per your requirements. Here is what i used as per my macros Method: Beat eggs and add your seasoning along with isabgol, set aside for 5-7 mins. Chop your veggies in the meantime. Pour your batter in non stick pan on low flame and cover the lid of the pan. Let the egg base cook and get brown frol one side. The base will puff up well, flip it and add the pizza sauce, veggies, paneer and the cheese. (I saute all the veggies a little witj paneer and then add it for toppings) Cover the lid, cook the base for a little more so that it gets golden brown at the base , you can turn of the gass keeping it covered so that the cheese melts. Season with chilli flakes and oregano, enjoy!!
