How to make eggilicious quinoa patty
Step-1
Blend boiled chickpeas,mint and green chilli and some salt
Step-2
add water to make paste
Step-3
Take mixture in a bowl,add pre cooked quinoa and vegetables,amchoor and peri peri seasoning
Step-4
Mix well and make medium thick batter
Step-5
Add eggs and mix well
Step-6
Heat tawa and brush with ghee and pour batter on the tawa
Step-7
cook on one side and then flip to other side.
Step-8
Cook till golden brown
Step-9
Serve hot with green chutney or sauce

I used chilli mayo but macros not included
