Egg Whites Chapati Roll
- Egg whites, onion, coriander powder, coriander leaves,red chilly, salt, lemon and ghee
Put 1 gm of ghee on a pan. Add chopped onions n sauté for 2 min and don’t cook it completely. Add red chilly, coriander powder and salt - Masala onion Now in one bowl crush egg whites and mix onion masala and bit of lemon juice. Finally on chapati add above mixture,add 4 gms of ghee on it and bit of coriander leaves on it.
