Ingredients for Egg Veggies pasta
- › garlic cloves 6
- › Macaroni Pasta 30 gms
- › cabbage diced 50 gms
- › Capsicum diced 50 gms
- › 1 full egg
- › onions 30 gms
- › oil 5gms
- › black pepper 1 tsp
- › salt as per taste
1. Heat oil in a pan. add garlic and onions, Fry till golden.
2. Add veggies and saute them. Add full egg into it. Once the egg is scrambled and mixed with veggies, Add the pasta.
3. stir it well. add black pepper and salt.
4. add 60 gms of water. Cover the lid and let it cook for 10 mins in medium low flame.
5. Enjoy a satiated breakfast with cup of black tea!
