Ingredients for Egg- Veggie Fry
- › 3 whole eggs
- › 200 g veggie ( I used beans and broccoli )
- › 75 g tomato
- › Ginger - Garlic paste
- › Tobasco sauce
- › Chilly Garlic sauce ( home made)
- › Salt
- › 10 g butter
Method
1. Chop vegetables and keep it aside.
2. Boil egg and peel them off and keep it aside.
3. In a pan , add butter , then add ginger garlic paste and sauté until golden brown.
4. Then add tomato paste and add spices.mix it well.
5. Now add chopped vegetables and chopped eggs and add Chilly garlic sauce.
6. Now add salt and some chilly flakes.
7. Voila spicy snack is ready
