Ingredients for egg tofu wrap
- › 2 egg whites
- › 2 whole eggs
- › 100 g tofu
- › lettuce leaves
- › 5g butter
- › 10g mayonnaise
- › salt and pepper
- › 5g green chilli sauce
Method
1. cut tofu into small chunks and saute in 2.5 g butter
2. mix tofu, cut lettuce leaves, 10g mayo ,salt pepper in a bowl
3. take 2 whoke eggs and 2 egg whites ,add salt pepper ,turmeric, red chilli powder and beat well
4. make 2 thin omelettes with remaining 2.5 g butter on a nonstick pan
5. stuff the mixture in each of the omlette and make a wrap.
