Ingredients for Egg-Soya Fried Rice
- › Coconut Oil 10gms
- › Soya chunks 60gms
- › Onion 150gms
- › Tomato 150gms
- › Rice 60gms
- › Whole egg 2
Method
1. 1) Cook soya in hot water and then grind it, keep aside. 2) Chop onion, green chili & tomato and cook them in coconut oil 3) Add turmeric, salt to taste 4) Break eggs into mixture and add grinded soya on top to slow cook until ready
