Take a non stick pan

Add oil

Saute garlic

Add red chilli flakes

Add onion

Once its brown add tomatoes.

Add salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes

Add tomato sauce

Let all water go out.

Take a baking bowl, spread the mixture above. Crack 1-2 egg above the spread. And put this in oven for 20 min at 180•C. Get it out and enjoy it above toast.
