How to make egg rotizza ( serves 2)
Step-1
Make dough of wheat Fluor using water and a pinch of salt . Roll it in chapati form and prick with fork
Step-2
Apply tomato sauce evenly and top with veggies (chopped )and cheese
Step-3
Break an egg in centre and sprinkle salt pepper pizza seasoning
Step-4
Bake at 250 degrees for 15 minutes or heat a pan and pace it gently over pan . Cook for 20 minutes ( 10 minutes covered and 5 minutes uncovered on medium flame )
