Ingredients for Egg Rice
- › Egg - 2
- › Onion - 30gms
- › Capsicum - 70gms
- › Oil - 5gms
- › Rice - 50gms
Method
1. Cook the rice first and keep it aside
2. Heat oil in a pan
3. Add chopped Onions and fry for few seconds
4. Add chopped Capsicum and fry until crunchy
5. Lower the flame to medium. Break 2 eggs and add them to the pan
6. Scramble them and cook till soft
7. Sprinkle salt evenly
8. Add pepper powder and mix everything untill eggs are fully cooked
9. Add cooked and cooled rice , Mix well
10. Mix for about 2 minutes and your egg Rice is ready to eat
