How to make egg rice

Step-1

In a pan heat 10 grm oil,add mustard seeds, cumin, green chilli and curry leaves let it crackle.

Step-2

Add half onion and spices salt turmeric and red chilli powder. Let it cook for 2 mints.

Step-3

Add 2 whole eggs ,cook the eggs for another 2 mints.

Step-4

Add rice n some more spices, sprinkle some water just to prevent getting too dry, cover n cook for another 2 minutes.

Step-5

Switch off the flame add lemon n coriander. Tadda😊
