Onion - 30gms
Capsicum - 70gms
Oil - 5gms
Rice - 50gms

Step-1
Cook the rice first and keep it aside
Step-2
Heat oil in a pan
Step-3
Add chopped Onions and fry for few seconds
Step-4
Add chopped Capsicum and fry until crunchy
Step-5
Lower the flame to medium. Break 2 eggs and add them to the pan
Step-6
Scramble them and cook till soft
Step-7
Sprinkle salt evenly
Step-8
Add pepper powder and mix everything untill eggs are fully cooked
Step-9
Add cooked and cooled rice , Mix well
Step-10
Mix for about 2 minutes and your egg Rice is ready to eat
