Egg - pudding.
- Eggs 2 Milk 200 ml sugar free as per taste. sugar 5 gms
Firstly boil milk along with sugar free ( little more sweet than normal coz we hav to add eggs.) Keep this a side. In a small bowl (which can hold 200 ml milk )put sugar in empty bowl...and put it on flame...to make caramel. Don't burn it. keep this a side. In a kadai put water keep a stand and let it boil. Till then , In the boiled milk...wen it luke warm add egg and beat with whisk very well. pour this mixture in the caramelized bowl. cover the bowl with foil or a lid. keep in kadai for steam on medium flame. cover the kadai too. check once after 20 mins. Tada...it's done. let it come on room temperature. and then fridge. Do give a try 😊
for eating...remove the pudding upside down to see theis carmel texture.
