Ingredients for egg pouch inside a bread
- › Eggs 3
- › Whole wheat bread 3 slices
- › Butter 5 grams
Method
1. Take a plate place the bread slice on it and cut it in the middle using a sharp lid or a cookie cutter in desired shape
2. Heat a pan and add some butter and place the bread on it and break open a egg in to the whole of bread placed on the heated pan
3. Simmer the flame cover it with a lid mean while place the whole shaped bread on the pan toast it placing on the empty plate of the pan
4. Turn the bread and omelet at the same time while you could see the yellow part of the egg still remains uncooked ( it was a rocket science for me to turn the egg at this point 😂)
5. Make sure the egg was slightly cooked on the other side also then gently remove that in to a plate
6. Repeat the same with remaining slices also and enjoy along with a coffee ☕️😋
