  • Recipe Ingredients listPoha : 50 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listEggs : 2
  • Recipe Ingredients listOnion : 20 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listTomato : 20 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listGreen chilli and coriander leaves - 1 tbsp each
  • Recipe Ingredients listspices as per taste (jeera, mustard seeds, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt)
  • Recipe Ingredients listoil or ghee - 1 tbsp

Direction

Step-1

1)Heat a pan and add oil in it 2)Add musturd seeds and jeera to it. 3)Saute onion and tomato like you do normally for poha. 4)Add spices and salt as per taste to it and mix it well 5)Add eggs and cook it like scrambled egg. 6)once its done add soaked poha to it and mix it well. 7)Season the poha with coriander leaves and lemon (optional) according to taste !!!!
