Ingredients for Egg Panner roll
- › Paneer 100gms
- › Eggs 2
- › Oil 10gms
- › wheat flour 40gms
- › Red chilli flakes,Salt
- › Capsicum 150gms
- › Onion 25 gms
Method
1. In pan add oil 5 gms,then add onion, capsicum
2. saute for 5 mins then add panner sticks
3. Add red chilli flakes and salt.saute for 5 mins
4. Prepare chapati and keep it a side
5. prepare omelette and keep chapati on top of it ,cook for 2 mins then add Capsicum and paneer mixture and roll
