How to make Egg Onion Fry

Step-1

Grate the onion and add it to the pan along with ghee and let it sauté for about 2-3 minutes until it gets semi crunchy

Step-2

Now, whisk the eggs and it to the pan. Scrape it from sides and bottom continuously until the egg is cooked. Sprinkle salt and pepper and it’s ready to eat either plane or with chapati or bread😊
