Ingredients for egg omelette
- › 1 egg whole
- › 2 egg whites
- › spring onion 100g
- › 15gm olive oil
- › 1 tbsp red chili powder
- › 1 tbsp salt
Method
1. Rinse the bowl and break the eggs into it. Discard the shell .beat the egg until forthy.
2. Add chopped spring onion and red chili powder , salt into the beaten egg .
3. Take a pan and heat the oil.Spread the egg mixture in pan and cover with lid.
4. Cook until omelette turns brown.
5. Serve it hot.
