How to make egg n cheese dosa
Step-1
Heat a cast iron or non stick pan , put the batter in centre and using a ladle with round base , spread dosa in circular motion evenly
Step-2
Let the dosa become dry and then spray or using a spoon put 1 ml oil evenly , let the bottom side turn slightly reddish and then flip and cook the upper side for 5-6 seconds, repeat the same with remaining half batter.
Step-3
Now put dosas in a plate , beat 1 egg salt and pepper in a bowl . Now again , spread 1 ml oil in pan and pour the egg mixture. Sprinkle 2.5 grams of cheese on top of omelette and stick the inner part of dosa . Now flip and fold . Repeat with the other egg too
