How to make Egg Muffins
Step-1
Take 4 eggs, break them and whisk properly and then add shredded cheese of 40 gms
Step-2
Add Cauliflower, Capsicum, green peas, finely chopped onion and shredded carrot to the above, feel free to add any other veggies that you like
Step-3
Now add salt, green chili paste and again beat the egg batter properly
Step-4
Then grease the muffin mould and pour the above egg batter into it and keep them in the baking oven at 365 deg Fahrenheit for 20 minutes
