How to make Egg Malpua (No oil)
In a bowl, first whisk eggs until you get nice foam. Then, add milk and whisk again.
Now, add the flour little by little until it’s well corporates and whisk it so that there are no lumps. Add sweetener and all other fragrant ingredients and give a nice mix.
Heat the small size nonstick pan and spoon 2-3 tbsp of the mixture and spread it. Add 2-3 drops of water and let it cook for about a minute. Then, flip and roast on other side.
Top it with pistachios and saffron strands and enjoy😋 (Macros not included)
