How to make Egg Macaroni
Step-1
Step 1
In a pot boil water and cook vermicelli for 4 to 5 mins.
Drain out water and keep vermicelli aside.
Step-2
Step 2
In a wok take ghee sauté onion for few mins, then add tomato and cook. Once onion gets soft add chilly powder, chilly flakes and salt. Next Add mushroom and Bell peppers cover and cook for few more mins.
Now add vermicelli and mix it well.
Step-3
Serve with boil eggs.
