Ingredients for Egg less blueberry cake.
- › All purpose flour 50gm
- › Butter 25gm 1 tspn sunflower oil
- › Sweetner as per taste
- › Blue Berry 10-20gm lemon juice 1/4th spoon
- › Curd 50ml milk 25ml
- › baking powder 1/2 spoon baking soda 1/4th spoon
1. add all the dry ingredients together
2. bit a fluffy batter of curd ,melted butter,oil sweetener
3. add dry ingredients to the batter slowly.
4. pre heat microwave 10min, in a microwavable dish add parchment paper or butter paper, shift batter to dish and bake cake for 20-25min on convection mode.
