Egg Fudge (Ande ka halwa)

Egg - 2
Ghee- 5gm
Milk low fat - 100ml
Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
Zero calorie sweetener- 3-4 tablets
Saffron strands- a pinch
Yellow food color - 3-4 drops
Direction
Step-1
In a blender or mixer, add all the ingredients except ghee and churn it until you get nice foam.
Step-2
Heat ghee in a skillet, add the above mixture and cook at simmer. Stir it continuously for about 10-12 minutes or until ghee separates from the halwa. This is the key step that you need to continuously stirring and scraping it or it will turn into scrambled one.
Step-3
Garnish with saffron strands or nuts of your choice. Enjoy Sunday binge! 😋
