- › Whole eggs 4
- › Rice 40 gms
- › Butter 10 gms
- › Onions 20 gms
1. Boil the rice and let it cool while you prepare the eggs.
2. Heat the pan and add butter and chopped onions
3. Beat the eggs with only salt and pour it in the pan and cook it till its nicely cooked.
4. Now sprinkle pepper as per taste and add the rice we had kept to cool and mix well
