Eggs 3 whole
Rice 50 gm
Ghee 10 gm
Veggies - onion,green peas,green chillis
Salt,chilli powder,
Green peas approx 30 gm
Garlic - 4 cloves chopped
Sriracha sauce 1 tablespoon
Direction
Step-1
Add ghee and finely chopped garlic and onion to a pan and cook on high flame for 5 mins
Step-2
Add Green peas,salt and spices mentioned above
Step-3
Add 3 whole eggs and cook for 5 minutes on high flame
Step-4
Add Sriracha sauce followed by rice and mix well
Step-5
Garnish with Corainder
