Egg Double Delight
- Whole egg 4 nos
- Egg white 3 nos
- Oil 6 gms
- Onion 50 gms
- Chillies 10 gms
- Garlic 10 gms
- Red chilli powder, salt, pepper, turmeric to taste
Hard boil the whole eggs and roughly chop them to become small pieces
Apply 4 gms of oil in a tawa. Sauté onion, chilli, garlic. Then add the mentioned spices and salt. Allow the masala to cook
Add those roughly chopped whole eggs in the masala. Stir thoroughly and keep it aside
Now add rest of the oil in the same tawa. Beat the egg white with salt and paper and make a pancake out of the egg white.
Add the cooked egg masala over this pancake and wrap.
Interesting to eat as a single meal or goes well as an accompaniment with Dal Chawal.
