- Dosa batter available in market 100gm
- 2 eggs
- spinach 10-15 gm onion- 50gm tomato - 50gm green chilly 1-2 pcs oil 10-15 gm spices: salt per taste black pepper
At first add little water to the dosa batter for a smooth consistency. Chop all above mentioned vegetables and saute it with lil or no oil. add sauted vegtables with eggs and mildly beat them.
now heat up your nonstick pan or dosa tawa(I prefer casted iron), brush up with drops of oil and spread the dosa batter. after waiting for some 2-2 mints add egg mixture over it. wait for another 3-4 mints(i used pan lid) for egg to cooked up. Now slowly separate it from sides and rolled up. Your crisp egg dosa s ready to have.😊
