How to make Egg Curry with Mushroom & Peas and Rice
Add ghee to a pan followed by finely chopped onions and cook until golden brown
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 mins
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 10 mins
add spices mentioned above
once tomatoes are cooked, Add mushroom & peas and cook for 10 mins.
Add boiled eggs and serve with steamed rice.
