Egg Curry with Mushroom & Peas and Rice
- Eggs 3 whole
- Rice 60 gm
- Mushroom 100 gm
- Peas 40 gm
- Onion 1 medium
- Tomato 1 big ripe
- salt,red chilli powder,corainder powder,jeera powder,turmeric
- ginge4 garlic paste 1 table spoon
Add ghee to a pan followed by finely chopped onions and cook until golden brown
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 mins
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 10 mins
add spices mentioned above
once tomatoes are cooked, Add mushroom & peas and cook for 10 mins.
Add boiled eggs and serve with steamed rice.
