How to make Egg Curry Rice
Step-1
For Egg curry- Add Ghee to a pan followed by Onion & Ginger Garlic paste and cook until golden brown
Step-2
Add grated/pureed tomatoes and add spices (salt/jeera powder/turmeric/chilli powder/corainder powder).Add besan and saute for 5 mins and 1 half cup water
Step-3
Add 2 boiled Eggs and cook for 10 mins
Step-4
Garnish with Grated boiled eggs and Coriander
Step-5
Serve with Rice or Chapati or Paratha
