How to make Egg Curry Rice
Step-1
Boil Eggs
Step-2
Add ghee to a pan ,followed by onion and cook until golden brown
Step-3
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 5 mins
Step-4
Add chopped ripe tomato and cook for 10 mins on a medium flame
Add salt, Red chilli Powder and turmeric
Step-5
Blend the mixture into a coarse paste.
Step-6
add chicken/garam masala and cook for 5 mins
Step-7
Add Eggs are serve with steamed rice and choice of veggies.
