- Egg 2
- Ghee 10gm
- Onion 25gm
- Tomato 25gm
- Ginger small piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Turmeric 1 pinch
- Red chilli powder
- Garam masala
- Jeera Powder
- Coriander powder
- Salt to taste
Heat the pan put ghee, Onion, Tomato, Ginger, Garlic saute well.
Transfer sauted ingredients to blender, blend it smoothly.
Again heat the same pan put it Ghee, blended paste into it, saute it well for 1 minute.
Add Turmeric, Red chilli powder, Garam masala, Jeera Powder, Coriander powder, Salt to taste saute all the ingredients well.
Once it started to boil add boiled of piece eggs into it, close the lid for a 5 minutes.
Serve in a bowl, Garnishing with Coriander.
Now our yummy Egg Curry is ready to eat 🥚😋😋😋👌😍
