- One Boiled egg(whole)
- Chopped Onion - 50gm
- Chopped tomato - 50gm
- Olive oil/Ghee - 12gm
- Salt (as required), Cloves (1-2 piece), Black cardmom (1 piece) , Cinamon (1 small piece), Bay leaf (1 leaf), Turmeric powder, Cumin seeds, Green chillies (as required), Garam Masala, Ginger garlic paste, Red chilli powder (optional), Coriander powder
Heat 12g of olive oil/ghee in a non-stick pan.
Add and saute Cumin seeds, Bay leaf, Black cardmom, Cinamon just for a minute.
Add and fry the onion and green chillies(as required) until golden.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute until the raw smell goes off.
Add red chilli powder (optional), turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder and mix it well.
Add little water so that the spices gets well blended.
Add tomatoes and salt. Saute it well until the mixture turns mushy.
Pour water just as needed to make a gravy. Cook until the curry thickens. Check and adjust the salt if needed
Add the boiled egg and garnish it with coriander leaves(optional).
