Egg chicken wrap
- Onion 100gms
- Tomato 50gms
- Chicken breast 200gms
- Whole egg 1
- Butter 10gms
- Dosa mix used for this 40gms (I used powder and mixed with water to form dosa batter) Nutrition value per 100gms for this is carbs-65, protein-12, fats-6gms.
Ghee 5gms to pan, add onions, once onions are almost cooked add tomatoes and cook for 2mins, add marinated chicken breast and close the lid till chicken is cooked. For chicken marination- turmeric, coriander, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, garam masala, chicken masala.
For making dosa- on Hot pan, sprinkle some water, add batter and spread to make round shape, cover with lid in medium flame, check in a minute and add some butter to it on top, and turn dosa on other side till golden brown.
You can Make omelette with 1 egg on same pan with the left over butter.
