Ingredients for Egg Cheese Roll
- › Egg -1 Wheat - 40gm Cheese - 1 slice Butter - 1gm
Method
1. 1. Knead the given amt of wheat flour. Make a roti with it n cook it well.
2. 2. Beat the egg and add Chilli flakes, oregano, salt to it.
3. 3. Brush the pan/tawa with butter.
4. 4. Add the egg batter and let it cook. Place the roti on the top of partially made omelet. Iet the egg cook properly.
5. 5. Flip the egg and the roti goes on the tawa. Add some green chutney on the omelet cheese slice, thinly sliced onions, chat masala and neembu.
6. 6. Roll the roti well and Tada! Egg roll is ready. Make sure you turn off the gas before applying chutney to omlett side of the roll else the roti becomes super crisp by the time you make a role. Enjoy it hot with adrak wali chai🙂
