How to make Egg Cheese Quesadilla
Step-1
Make dough using 25gms wheat flour and salt as per taste.
In a bowl break 2 eggs , whisk together with cut spinach, salt and spices. Make a nice omelette using 2 gms butter. Once done remove and keep aside.
Roll out dough to a make a thin roti and cook on low flame using remaining butter.
Once done both sides add some cheese on one side then place omelette and put remaining cheese.
Fold it and cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes to make it crispy.
Serve hot with some green chutney or ketchup.
