Egg cheese Muffins
- Egg:- 6 pieces
- Cheese:- 50gm
- Salt :- as per taste
- Black pepper :- as per taste
- Bell Peppers:- yellow/green/red a small bowl
- Onion :- two tbsp
- Butter : for brushing muffins tray
- Herbs :Optional
1.Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2.In a large bowl ,whisk together eggs,onions,bell peppers,cheese,season with salt ,pepper to taste
3.Grease the muffin tray with butter and add egg mixture halfway up into each tin and grate rest cheese above it..
4.Bake for 20 mins at 180 degree
5.Serve or store in a airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 days and reheat when ready to serve
6.Enjoy the delicious egg cheesy muffins ..
