Egg cheese Appe
- Whole eggs: 4 Cheese: 40 gms Ghee: 5ml
• Grate cheese and add your own choice of seasoning (I added chilly flakes, mixed herbs, roasted onion flakes, roasted garlic, and salt) • Add 4 whole eggs in the above cheese mixture and whisk. • Heat the appe pan and brush it with little ghee, add the batter into it. Flip the side and cook properly. • Serve it hot. and gulp it.
