How to make Egg Black Pepper Ghee Roast

Step-1

- Hard boil the eggs - Heat ghee into pan - Add finely chopped curry leaves, garlic & green chillies - Add Salt, Black Pepper & Cumin Powder - Now add the peeled eggs - Roast till Golden Brown I have used 3 eggs and 15gms Ghee
