How to make Egg Biryani

Step-1

Pre soak rice with double the water for 20-30 mins.

Step-2

In a pot/ cooker add about 8-10 gm oil. Let it warm add in whole spices. Than the ginger garlic paste saute till the raw smell goes away.

Step-3

Next add in onions and chillies saute till soft. Now add in the mint and corriander leaves along with spice powder saute. Add yoghurt water mix next add in soaked rice and pressure cook till done.

Step-4

In a seperate pan add 2-3 gm oil and make slits into the boiled eggs / cut them into half fry along with a little salt , mint leaves and chilly powder.

Step-5

Serve the masala rice topped with fried boiled eggs on top.
