- ghee - 4 gms rice - 50 gms boiled eggs - 2 onions and tomatoes ( chopped ) - 100 gms ginger & garlic paste cinnamon stick - 1/2 inch cardamom - 2 chilli powder biryani masala powder - 20 gms or as per your taste salt
Add ghee into instant pot or pressure cooker and then put cinnamon stick, cardamom, ginger garlic paste. Fry them.
Add onions and tomatoes, then spice powder, chilli powder , salt. Fry well.
Add rice, water and boiled eggs. Cook in rice setting or pressure cook for 2 - 3 whistles.
Aspharagus are air-fried with 1 gm oil, salt and pepper.
