How to make Egg Biryani

Step-1

Add ghee into instant pot or pressure cooker and then put cinnamon stick, cardamom, ginger garlic paste. Fry them.

Step-2

Add onions and tomatoes, then spice powder, chilli powder , salt. Fry well.

Step-3

Add rice, water and boiled eggs. Cook in rice setting or pressure cook for 2 - 3 whistles.

Step-4

Aspharagus are air-fried with 1 gm oil, salt and pepper.

Step-5

Enjoy.
