How to make Egg Benedict
Step-1
Heat a Pan add butter to it.
crack 1 whole egg and half fry it, sprinkle some salt and crushed black pepper.
Saute mushroom on pan add herbs and salt ,blackpepper to it.
Step-2
prepare the bun by heating it for few second.
now carefully place the half fry between the bun add mushrooms over it.
sundried tomato is optional i added it because i like it little tangy.
add little bit oregano to enhance taste.👩🍳
