Egg and paneer bhurgi
- 2 egg
- 75 gm paneer
- 50 gm capsicum and tomato
- 1tbs oil
In a hot oil put cumin, capsicum and tomatoes.
Once veggies are cooked, then add chili powder, Galam masala or Maggie masala, salt.
Now put egg into this mixture and let it cook.
Once eggs are cooked then add paneer
