How to make EBC KURMA(Egg white, Baby corn & chana kurma)
Step-1
chop all veggies as per your choice
Step-2
boil chana (90% cooked)
Step-3
make paste of onion and tomato
Step-4
heat pan and add oil
Step-5
add few curry leaves
Step-6
add tomato onion paste
Step-7
if required add ginger garlic paste (1tsp)

cook let the raw smell leaves from tomatoes and onion paste

add chana and cook for 5-10 mins
Step-10
add baby corn cook for 5-10 mins
Step-11
add capsicum and salt, chilli powder and cook closed lid for 15 mins
Step-12
add garam masala
Step-13
lower the heat & add curd mix well and cook for 10 mins and let it rest inside hot pan (post turning off flame) for some 15 mins
